A hidden object book for Cuxhaven

28.04.2022

Search and find: Cuxhaven for children on colourful cardboard pictures

It's hard to imagine a child's room without them: picture puzzle books. Now the North Sea spa town of Cuxhaven also has its own copy. In the newly published "Großes Cuxhaven-Wimmelbuch" (Big Cuxhaven picture puzzle book) from the Bielefeld-based tpk publishing house, the two Cuxhaven mascots Jan Cux and Cuxi can be seen in many colourful holiday scenes. The hidden object pictures were lovingly created by children's book illustrator Carmen Hochmann in hand-coloured drawings.

Holidays in Cuxhaven are presented in colourful pictures on large-format pages. Seven striking places in Cuxhaven invite you to discover them. From the harbour at the "Alte Liebe" to the green beach in the Grimmershörn Bay to the Kugelbake, along the beach and through the mudflats of Döse to the climbing park in Sahlenburg and back to the city centre to the old water tower.

There is a lot to see. Small and large people, animals or even maritime objects are hidden in every picture. And of course, Jan Cux and Cuxi are always new to find.

The picture puzzle book is a Cuxhaven guide for children that parents and grandparents can also enjoy - searching for Jan Cux and Cuxi and many other details.
