Our house offers flats in different sizes and layouts.

The 2-room flats of 30-qm, 36-qm and 40-qm living space have a bedroom and a living/bedroom with sofa bed/double bed wall, kitchenette, dining area, seating area, cable TV, telephone, shower/WC. Partly with terrace or balcony.

The 3-room flats of 70-sqm living space are laid out over two levels and offer space for max. 6 people with two bedrooms, a large living room and a high terrace.

The perfect start to the new holiday day begins in our indoor pool! Whether water gymnastics, swimming or splashing around, at a pleasant temperature of 29° and a pool size of 4 m x 10 m, all guests have sufficient freedom of movement. Parents and grandparents will be amazed at how quickly a small, water-shy crab has become a proud "seahorse". You live quietly on a dead-end street in the immediate vicinity of fields and heath.

On our playground, your children can let off steam to their heart's content. In addition, there is a table tennis table and deckchairs invite you to relax. From the garden you have a view of the fields and meadows, and with a little luck you will also see our deer, which are in the nature reserve. Dog owners will love the walking path that runs along Duhner Allee by our house. Here your four-legged friend can sniff and dig in peace and enjoy his own holiday.

We are also an ideal starting point for cycling tours full of discoveries on the numerous, well-signposted cycle paths.
